QVS Tech Inc. uses a silicon-based microelectromechanical sensor (MEMS) oscillator CMOS circuit versus a Quartz based resonator for frequency generation. It is a drop in replacement for most quarts based oscillators. We offer tight frequency stability in sizes 2.0×1.6mm, 2.5×2.0mm, 2.2×2.5mm and 5.0×3.2mm.
